Mr. Devendra Kumar Saklecha is the Senior Partner of the firm. He established the firm in 1984 and has 40 years’ experience in the professional field. All the Audit, Taxation, Finance and other work is conducted by the firm under his supervision and he is the Managing Partner of the firm. Also he has significant experience and knowledge of company law matters, Project set up and Financing from leading national and international lending agencies, planning internal control and restructuring finance model for various government and private clients. Furthermore, he demonstrates a clear understanding of multiple business lines and banking market trends, effectively supervising critical functions such as cash flow monitoring, expense management, and the production of accurate financial information. Additionally, he has conducted searches and collateral inspections of fixed assets, book debts, and stocks for banks and financial institutions.
